Delivery of our Refurbished Office Furniture
Each time you purchase from Whispers Office Furniture, that order is immediately placed into our delivery schedule for your area.
You will then receive a call from the Whispers Office Furniture Logistics Team to agree the actual delivery date and time, subject to local traffic conditions on the day.
You can be confident that everything will go to plan as we prefer to ship and install using our own Fully Trained Logistics Team, to ensure that your choice will meet or exceed, your expectations.
The delivery cost, subject to schedule is within the M3/M4 Corridor, inner and outer M25 Orbital, and M40/M6/M1 corridor is usually covered within the purchase price of your furniture from Whispers Office Furniture.
If you feel that your required delivery address, or required time-frame is outside of our normal delivery schedules outlined above, PLEASE DO NOT PAY ONLINE. Please click here to contact our sales team, who will respond immediately offering the simplest solution to achieve your objective .
Where you require an urgent delivery, are situated outside our scheduled delivery areas, or our logistics team cannot meet your deadline, Whispers Office Furniture may offer to use an outside contractor which may incur additional charges. Please contact our team who will do their utmost to exceed your expectations.
All Office Furniture, except where there has been prior agreement, must be paid for before or on the day of delivery and Installation.
Unfortunately there can be no exceptions.
Whispers Office Furniture can accept all major credit cards and we can supply our bank details to bona fide businesses should you wish to pay by direct same day credit on or before the delivery date.
Credit facilities are available subject to meeting our credit underwriters criteria.
