If surprisingly something goes wrong with your purchase, we simply require the date and proof of purchase to process any potential claim.
Proof of Purchase can be either a copy of your official purchase order, or Whispers Used Office Furniture VAT invoice.

** Please note that the Whispers Office Furniture “Life of Ownership” Mechanical Component Warranty is solely limited to any broken component which will be replaced or repaired. Where neither is feasible due to availability of components, we may have to offer an equivalent product, of similar quality, specification and value as a replacement.
***The Whispers Office Furniture Mechanical Component Warranty will not include any damage to any component, including soft seating materials, created by wilful destruction, abuse or neglect by the user.
The Whispers Office Furniture Mechanical Component Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is, without exception, Non Transferable to any other party.
Products that Whispers Office furniture do not sell.
Apologies but Whispers Office Furniture WILL NOT SUPPLY what appears to be ”good value” imported Chinese/Malaysian inferior quality “budget” office chairs, or copies of “designer” office chairs. We mention this as we know from experience that whilst the products may initially appear to be good value and there may seem to be an initial short-term financial benefit, the short lifespan of these products will require their replacement more frequently, and the products will undermine our reputation for supplying only High Quality products that meet our clients expectation.
Our reputation is more valuable to us than a few extra “quick buck” sales of product, whose quality is at best poor and which we cannot warrant, or have any confidence in.
